A typical scenario
A passenger has 2 suitcases,1 weighs 22 kg and the other weighs 30kg.
'Jumbo airlines' accepted the 22kg bag but informed the passenger that the 30 kg bag will cost £660 to travel with them to Sydney, Australia. We could send this bag to Sydney by airfreight, to arrive at the airport within 10 days for £124.50 or by sea to a residential address, which would arrive within 6-12 weeks for £85.00.
As you can see by this example of price difference, we are able to help many people stuck and unable to pay high excess baggage fee's. From students returning with all their books etc. for studies, to visitors going home with an extra bag of presents for people.
